Data we process
We may process public name, email, protected credentials, sessions, publications, files, download records, moderation decisions and technical security records. Passwords are stored only as hashes by the authentication system.
Purposes
Data is used to authenticate users, operate the community, moderate content, count downloads, prevent abuse, answer requests and maintain service security.
Technical records
The network address may be hashed for auditing and abuse prevention. Infrastructure providers, such as hosting, database, email and traffic protection services, may process data strictly necessary for operation.
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact page, we store the name, email and text you provide, plus a hashed network address, to reply to you and prevent abuse. The message is also emailed to the portal's inbox. This data is not used for any other purpose. To ask for your message to be deleted, write to iiot@esp32.tec.br.
CopiBR assistant
The questions you type into CopiBR are sent to an artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic) to generate the answer, and the provider handles them under its own policy. The portal does not store the text of conversations: we only log technical events, such as requests refused by the safety filter, with a hashed network address. Do not paste passwords, keys or personal data into the chat: messages containing credentials are blocked and are not sent to the provider.
Retention and security
Data is retained for the time needed for the account, publications, security and applicable obligations. We use access controls, protected connections, file validation and audit records, without promising zero risk.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of data, subject to legitimate security, authorship and legal obligations. The contact channel is provided in the community area.
Cookies
Essential cookies are used for login and session management. The portal does not depend on advertising cookies for community operation.
